Maine Winter Team Challenge

pat deep snowHere is how we do disc golf in the Maine. This state is so amazing because it has four full seasons. The summers are great, the fall is amazing and colorful, but the winters, ah the winters. Sometimes you get sick of it around the middle of January, but when a mid February storm hits and drops 18 inches of fresh you remember why you deal with it.

For disc golf snow is obviously not ideal, but we are from Maine, we know how to make do. On this past Sunday four teams battled the conditions to play the Maine Winter Team Challenge in a storm that left 12+ inches of pow. Here is the footage from my friend Lance.
